I was born 1961 in Värmland and grew up in Stockholm. After
a relatively short career as an elite canoeist I enrolled in
the Police Academy of Ulriksdal. After successfully
completing my education which in addition to schoolwork
included a trainee year in the police corps in Stockholm in
both the criminal and investigative departments. I worked
for Norrmalms Police (metropolitan police force) for 3 years.
In 1989 I moved to Åhus and studied 1990-1992 at the art
school in Kristianstad. Since 1993 I have been working as a
freelance designer and artist and from 1998 have my own
company: "TL - Illustration & Form". I have for many years
had courses in painting for both children and adults.
Recently I have even had painting courses for adults with
aphasia, psychological problems and mental disabilities.
I have had countless commissions from Musik I Syd (formerly
Musik i Skåne): posters, illustrations, stage designs, dolls,
props and much more. I have been involved in approximately
35 different performances.
I have even performed in a dozen or so different
performances: the cat in Puss in Boots, the fox in "Kackel i
borgen", the rat in "Ve och Fasa" to name but a few.
At "Barbacka House of Culture " I have been responsible
amongst many other things for the design and formation of a
Storytelling-room with a HC Andersen theme. I have also
created pictures and props to the modelltheater "The
Wonderful Adventures of Nils" plus figures and wallpaintings
for their Baby Café and Train-room.
I have given/taken part in around 60 exhibitions: separate,
joint exhibitions and exhibitions as part of competitions.
